赵成周,性别,汉族,1986年11月生,甘肃省静宁县人,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,主要从事青藏高原特色植物活性成分合成与调节以及药理机制的研究。
科研方向:
1. 活性成分合成与调节:
课题组主要以含异喹啉生物生物碱的绿绒蒿属和紫堇属植物为研究对象,结合转录组学和代谢组学技术挖掘生物碱合成与调节的关键基因及揭示生态因素影响其合成的分子机制,通过转基因技术在模式植物拟南芥和烟草中验证特定基因的功能。
2. 药理研究:
以模式动物斑马鱼为研究材料,大规模筛选促进血管生成和抑制骨质疏松等疾病的药物或组方,并结合化学分离技术、组学技术、网络药理学、基因编辑技术揭示其发挥药效的物质基础和药理机制。
主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项(31801281),教育部春晖计划项目1项(Z2017056),青海省自然科学基金1项(2017-ZJ-950Q),在J Plant Physiol、 Biol Plant、Plant Cell Rep、Protoplasma等期刊发表学术论文10余篇。
